Safari recommendations in Tanzania

The Serengeti Migration: A selection of safaris using seasonal and semi-permanent tented camps with some of the best guides in Tanzania to take best advantage of changes in the season and game conditions through the year - easily combined with Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire National Park or Lake Manyara.

The Katavi Mahale Safari -  western Tanzania: Very remote and very wild with small camps and great guides; big contrast in habitats with lots of diversity; arguably the best resident game anywhere in Africa in Katavi (excellent predators; crocodiles in caves; seriously dense hippo population); white beaches, crystal clear waters, dense forests at Mahale, Lake Tanganyika – access to largest wild population of chimpanzees ...start and end Arusha every Monday and Thursday through the season except March/April/May.

The Selous Walking Safari - southern Tanzania: A 5 day/4 night walking safari in Tanzania’s Selous Game Reserve, includes 4 nights fly-camping accompanied by a fully qualified Professional Guide during our dry season from July to October

Zanzibar breaks: A complete selection of short breaks combining Stonetown with the beach over 4 nights to a wider selection of week long combinations of beaches, markets, spice plantations and quiet beaches on Zanzibar and Pemba Island.  Ideal way to start a honeymoon or end a safari!
